This past Friday I was teaching a
class in Duluth. This was a special contract for the National
Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). It was a
wonderful group, we had a fabulous ethics discussion, and I am grateful
I get to go back in October. When class concluded, one of the women in the room came up to me and said, "This was the BEST, BEST, BEST, BEST, BEST ethics class I've EVER attended--ever." I lost track of the "bests", but I think that's pretty close. LOL! As we chatted, another woman in the room joined us and said, "I normally dread these things and usually do my insurance CE classes online, but if you are teaching again, I will be here. This class was awesome!" I am so incredibly blessed that I get to do this--incredibly blessed indeed. I get to do something I love and in doing so, it seems other people love it too. If you have that sort of synergy with your work, I am certain you feel the joy in your profession too. |

That same day, I launched a new
career that I hope offers the same blessed synergy. Don't worry--Bryan
Ventures will
still offer
online and
live classroom insurance continuing education and I
will still be the instructor. I'm NOT leaving Bryan Ventures, but
expanding our endeavors. It turns out I love writing and God has placed a few stories on my heart. Honestly, more than a few. Over the summer I started blogging and I have a couple of books in the works. Chances are I'll be rearranging our classroom schedule a bit to accommodate this new passion. I'll be teaching live classes in the upper Midwest from April to October, then taking care of Bryan Ventures administration while writing during the winter months--down south where it's a bit warmer. Of course, we'll still hope continue our DESTINATION CE opportunity past the 2019 offering, but if everything works as I plan, things will start to change for our live classroom CE schedule the fall of 2019. I'm unsure of all the details yet, but I will surely keep you posted. You can also check out some of the great things happening by following my writing career on various social media levels:
